Flavonoids and Related Phenolics for Healthy Living Using Orally Recommended Antioxidants

The main objective of this project is to provide a more measured scientific foundation to the understanding of the role of flavonoids and related phenolics in protecting against disease. We aim to provide recommendations for daily intake and a directory of foods which can serve as dependable sources of flavonoids, in publicly-accessible formats as direct deliverables from this project.
